1. Due to limited space each person in your party can only register for one workshop AND one lab tour. If there are open spots still available on event day, You will be allowed to register for a second workshop by inquiring in-person at the check in tent.

2. All minors attending lab tours MUST have an adult in their party signed up to also attend that same lab tour. No minor will be allowed inside the facility without an accompanying adult.

 Visitor Requirements 
Collins Aerospace Visitor and Tour Requirements
1. The Cedar Rapids Campus is a smoke-free, tobacco-free, and substance-free facility. Possession of firearms or weapons on property is strictly prohibited.
2. All adult visitors participating in the Tour will be required to sign the Agreement, Release of Liability, Waiver and Assumption of Risk, on behalf of themselves as well as any minor children (under the age of 18) participating in the Tour.
3. All visitors may have access to confidential, proprietary and/or regulated items and therefore need to provide full name and consent to denied party screening. Denied party screening will be conducted for all visitors over the age of 18. These individuals are also required to bring a form of Government-issued photo identification. If permission to screen is not provided for visitors over the age of 18, participation will not be permitted.
4. Only U.S. citizens may participate in the Lab Tours identified as “Restricted”.
5. In order to participate in the tour, closed-toe, flat soled shoes, such as tennis shoes, are required.
6. All individuals must remain with the group during the tour. At no time will individuals be allowed to enter/access any office area, room, or other part of the building that is not part of the guided tour.
7. Photography will only be permitted outside of the facility. NO CAMERAS, PHONES OR OTHER DEVICES WITH CAMERAS OF ANY SORT WILL BE PERMITTED FOR USE WHILE PARTICIPATING IN A TOUR.
8. All visitors must follow directions from the onsite staff.
9. Notify the designated facility personnel immediately in the event of any emergency or any illness/injury occurring while onsite.
